Dear Chiquita:
Shared work fulfillment is almost as good as individual achievement. Although I learned this lesson early in life, it has become more meaningful since we began building a business relationship. I find it inspirational and a rewarding experience with sharing in your business challenges and successes.
Particularly, in defending your company’s workmanship with Blue Cross sparked a greater need within me to be a leader in the truest sense. Your pride in the work of “JM” TS&A is truly admirable. You must know that this trait (pride) is rare in today’s entrepreneur.
Chiquita, you communicate an enterprising passion that pushes people into action. Our mutual working relationship allows me to gain from seeing your readiness to meet the challenge, that seem to come so easily to you. Always, the skills of diligence, hard work, perseverance, and tenacity come to mind whenever I describe you to colleagues. I applaud you on your business perceptiveness and extend a hearty thank you for sharing it with me. Which is why it was with the most utmost honor and pleasure that I gratefully accepted your generous remittance of legal tender.
In this competitive business world, an unselfish helping hand is rare indeed. Fighting the tendency to self-absorption is difficult as pressures escalate. Yet, there is much gratification in knowing that your action and spirit are praiseworthy to many.
Thank you for helping me develop skills that may be used to support your business endeavors. And more importantly, thank you for reaffirming my belief in the goodness of human nature.
Respectfully yours,
Dean L. Jones
